Spotlight on Learning
Week of September 19, 2016
Math: We continued to learn how to break apart large multiplication problems by using the distributive property. We are continuing to try to memorize multiplication facts.
ELA: We learned how to write effective leads or beginnings in our writing. We continued to use inferencing, predicting, and making observations while we read to help us determine main idea.
Science: We began learning about temperate forests.
Social Studies: We finished our learning about the six physical regions of South Carolina.
